Marion Day At The Kernels

Thanks to all who came out to Perfect Game Field on Father's Day, June 21, for Marion Day with the Kernels! We hope everyone had a great time!

Kernels Baseball Clinic 2007

Marion Boys Baseball was proud to present The Annual Kernels Clinic, held on Saturday, June 16th, 2007. The kids were able to interact and receive tips from Bobby Cassevah, David Herndon, and Sean O'Sullivan, all pitchers from the Cedar Rapids Kernels. The kids got tips on fielding, pitching, and throwing and then they had a fun time playing "500" with the kids.

Marion Youth Day at the Kernels Game

Sunday June 17th, 2007 was Marion Youth Day at the Kernels Game. The Marion teams were introduced prior to the game, and then David Herndon started at pitcher, with Bobby Cassevah providing relief later in the game. Again we'd like to thank the Marion Chamber and the Cedar Rapids Kernels for helping provide a great time for all the youths of Marion.
